Sunrise Meditation Hike! Join Tim Delgado and special Guest Alicia Muccigrosso in this inspiring spiritual meditation hike!

Join Sunday, April 15, as we hike up the mountains of Malibu and enjoy breath taking views of the Pacific Coast beaches and the skylines of downtown Los Angeles and Mid-City Wilshire. There is a feeling of accomplishment when you hike a trail, especially one with a destination that includes an unique and handcrafted Labrynth! This Labrynth is quite unique and worth experiencing. It's a great chance for you and your friends to experience something new and within your reach. The beauty of mother nature along with health benefits for your body and mind are waiting! The hike is very flexible, open for all ages and ability levels.
After our hike, Alicia will take us through a yoga session to activate the senses and enliven the spirit.
Then Tim Delgado will lead you through some Pranayams (breathing techniques) that will lead into a meditation. Meditation is the art of silencing the mind. When the mind is silent, concentration is increased and we experience inner peace and feeling of relaxation.
Come release that stress you built up during the week.

Tim is a Behavior Specialist and Life Coach. He uses a a blend of behavior sciences and spiritual techniques to help his clients remove emotional charges they may carry from their past to point them in the direction in the present.
